Forest Lake Homeowners Association

Forest Lake is a community nestled in nature located between Fairfield and Maharishi Vedic City, Iowa, and just a few minutes from each of them. Its 330 acres contain forests, streams, and fields, and an abundance of gentle hills.

Forest Lake, originally known as Devi Nagar, was founded in 1992 to provide a harmonious community of Maharishi Vastu single-family homes in a protected natural environment — a place of silence and natural beauty, free of chemical and GMO agricultural practices.

Today it hosts 19 homes built or under construction. Some of its 40 lots are not yet built on and are available for purchase. Some are as small as 2.5 acres (the minimum lot size), while many are much larger.
